Sage

One of the better restaurants in Singapore is Sage - Robertson Quay. Admittedly there is not a wide variety of food that I can sample there, it being a non-Halal restaurant. But the little that I could have was wonderful:

Tuna Provencal - the combination was fantastic
Cod (without the cognac butter) - most of the cod was just perfectly done - difficult to find a restaurant in Singapore which can do that
Chocolate fondant (the grand marnier sabayon was on the side and finished by my friend Serena) - i like their version because the sides of the chocolate had texture!

And the other winner was of course their service - you reserve by sms and Kimberley will definitely, with all politeness and charm, reply. Even when there is no space... you feel that you are special and well treated!
